With your custom ‘MyOceanHome Dashboard’, you can save your favorite listings, compare them side by side, save your custom search criteria, receive notifications of listings that meet your search options, have quick access to all your communications with agents and more…ALL FREE.
Does it cost to register?
There is no charge to register as a site viewer and save your favorite listings.
What do you do with my information?
Any information that you volunteer is secure and used solely to improve your experience on our website. We do not sell or trade information with any outside party.
How do I save my favorite listings?
Go to the register page and complete the application process. You can save as many listings as you wish. There is no charge for site viewer registration. You can cancel your account at any time.
Can I easily compare my saved listings?
Simply check the ‘compare listing’ box on your selected listings to compare properties side by side.
How do I start looking for property?
We suggest starting with our extensive ‘Research‘, ‘Guide’, ‘Blog Post’ & ‘Forum‘ sections. You will find a wealth of detailed information to help in your decision process. And don’t forget to check MyOceanHome regularly as the site is constantly updated with new property listings, news items, blog posts and many other details. Bookmarking the website will allow quick and easy access to view the latest blogs and listing updates.
How do I contact an agent?
Use the information provided by the agent for the listing. All property inquiries are sent to the listing agent directly through your account dashboard. MyOceanHome does not receive or participate in any contact or negotiation between buyers and agents.
Are any of your listings scams?
All listings on our site are made by registered member listing agents and agencies. We do not accept unsolicited listings. As with any purchase decision, we urge that you take all necessary precautions before committing to any and all transactions. Please refer to MyOceanHome policies page for further information.

What is the cost to list with MyOceanHome?
There is currently no charge to register and list with MyOceanHome as an industry professional agent or agency.
How do buyers contact me?
All property inquiries are sent to you directly through your account dashboard. MyOceanHome does not receive or participate in any contact or negotiation between buyers and agents. Review the instructions regarding your Customer Resource Management, (CRM), that comes as a FREE feature with membership.
Can I add additional features and listings?
All listing options are available through your account dashboard. Follow the instructions to add features and listings. MyOceanHome is developing a subscription based plan to expand agent promotional opportunities.
Do you take commissions from the sale?
MyOceanHome does not receive commission or participate in any way between buyers and agents.
What happens when a property sells?
Properties must be marked as sold and the listing removed from the website within 30 days by the listing agent.
Can I change listing details?
All listing details can be edited at any time by the registered listing agent. Editing is accomplished on the agent dashboard.
Can I list multiple properties?
The FREE agent account allows up to 12 listings.
Can I list multiple agents for a property?
Multiple agents can be associated with any listing.
Can I contact you for support?
If you are unable to find answers to your questions through the FAQ or Forum pages, please use the contact us information provided.
